Mac’s IPA
A traditional English IPA with origins back to 1840 when it was first advertised in the Hertfordshire Mercury – a nod to the East India Company’s involvement in Hertford. Offers a more balanced flavour than the current American styled IPAs with citrus hint from Progress and Brambling Cross.
A classic sweet malty finish deriving from the specially kilned amber malts, which provide the deep rich flavours.
